Designation: Associate Software Developer/Associate Software Engineer
Location: Indore /Bengaluru, India
What will you do?
- Design Code Develop the solution
- Covert business requirement into technical
- Automate E2E Telco solution
- Guiding leaders in adhering to values, purpose and philosophies for a positive employee experience
- Influence business direction through analytics, strategic planning and advice
- Impact of the execution of related critical initiatives and programs/projects being run to support key strategic objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications.
- Testing and deploying programs and systems.
- Fixing and improving existing software.
- Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.
- Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
- Integrate software components and third-party programs.
- Verify and deploy programs and systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
- Gather and evaluate user feedback.
- Recommend and execute improvements.
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- B. Tech. (CS/IT/EC)/MCA/M. Tech. (CS/IT)
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies:
- Understanding & experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
- Experience in coding languages like Java,J2EE or C++ or Python, Linux, Shell Script etc.
- Knowledge frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git).
- Knowledge with databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate).
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
- Attention to detail.
What we look for?
- Minimum of 0-6 months Software development experience.
- Adaptable within a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of handling multiples projects/initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion.
- Must have positive and professional verbal and written communication skills and maintain excellent interpersonal skills.

- Telco experience would be preferred.
