Role Overview:
As a Software Engineer Intern, you will work closely with our experienced development team to contribute to various aspects of our software projects. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in production software development, unit testing, system automation, and infrastructure software and tools development. Your work will support and enhance our automation processes, ensuring efficient and reliable operations.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update EUC repository across all of Client LFO functions as needed Support preparation and consolidation of governance related activities across all Client LFO functions Apply knowledge of the business, products, or services to identify potential documentation, process, or control gaps and drive effective remediation. Maintain Finance-owned policies and procedures in adherence to those requirements, as appropriate. Support facilitation and governance of the Manager Control Assessment (MCA, i.e. Risk & Control Self-Assessment). Work effectively in a rapidly evolving risk and control environment with limited direction to meet high priority deadlines. Assist with coordinating materials/responses to regulatory and/or internal audit requests. Support Transformation efforts as needed. Monitor and track deliverables to ensure timely completion.Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience in accounting and/or finance Demonstrated knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Excel and PowerPoints skills preferred Demonstrated analytical skills Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Have MCA, Quality Assurance, and or internal audit experience within a financial services organization. Have experience supporting program development and implementation, including policies, standards, and procedures development and maturity. Have experience supporting complex high-priority efforts, involving multiple stakeholders and competing needs, which affect the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Demonstrate communication and diplomacy skills required to guide, influence, and sway others, in particular colleagues and stakeholders in other areas. Have experience facilitating and organizing meetings. Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
