About the job:

As a Project Engineer at Crio, 

● Learn and add 5+ work-like projects to your resume in a period of 1 year. 

●Help Crio users learn better by helping them with their technical doubts (Full stack, Backend or QA Testing )on projects you have completed.

And by the end of 15 months contract, 

● We will help you with job referrals, with a salary of 6+ LPA 

CTC: 4.5 LPA and 50k Variable pay ( Applicable after 3 Months Probation period ) During Probation the In hand salary is 25k per month..

Responsibilities:

Finish the learning curriculum goals that we provide

Resolve user problems/doubts by working with the Operations, content, and learning delivery teams to resolve issues

Encourage and motivate users to perform better every day

Go through user code and provide feedback

Coordinating with a lead mentor and gather insights about users progress and find out intervention points

Good communication skills and ability to technically inspire and manage learners 1:1 and in group

Take live Query sessions to users over zoom meets

Help the delivery/content/engineering teams with scripts, operational tasks. 

Requirements:

Good oral and written communication

Good debugging skills

Basic programming skills in any one language preferably JS or Java

Should be a fast learner

Growth mindset and high ownership

BYOD - You should have a laptop and 10+ Mbps fiber-optic internet connection

Understanding others code, suggest better approaches to solve technical problems

Empathetic about users who are learning to code

Interest in mentoring and grooming learners to write better code

Work Hours: 6-day work week, 1 weekday off

(Plus) Hands-on experience with Git

(Plus) Slack, Google Spreadsheet basics, Google Forms, Google slides, Zoom, VSCode

(Plus) Teaching Assistant/Mentoring experience.

Eligibility:

Graduates in BTech/BCA/MCA/IT - 2024 graduates or earlier

Preference will be given to immediate joiners
