Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions, especially financial data, employee utilization, client profitability and moreDevelop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments. Including Rate Cards, Budget Templates, Utility trackers, but not limited to. Employ statistical techniques to scrutinize data and produce actionable business insights.Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.Ensure that data is accurate, consistent, and reliable throughout its lifecycle, which is critical for making valid and trustworthy decisions.Identify and mitigate data-related issuesCommunicate inconsistencies and problems to the Senior Director of India Operations and participate in problem resolution.Gather data from various sources, including internal tool & excel databases, ensuring the upkeep of databases and data systems.Maintain and update databases to ensure they are secure, accessible, and functioning properly.Create and maintain processes to generate accurate and timely reports that help stakeholders understand and act on key data insights.Identify opportunities for process enhancements in reporting and analysis.Engage with managers from various departments to specify data requirements for analysis projects tailored to their unique business processes.Conduct in-depth data analyses using advanced statistical methods and tools to uncover patterns, correlations, and insights.Provide analytical support for strategic projects and initiatives, including scenario analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and resource allocation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.Support the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives by providing data-driven insights.Develop and maintain models to forecast operational performance and identify potential risks.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).Excellent Analytical, problem-solving & critical-thinking Skills. Sound understanding of Data Visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBi) and RDBMS management (SQL)Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google spreadsheets.Advance knowledge of creating different graphs, and charts and writing macros in Excel/Google spreadsheets.Self-driven and able to complete tasks with minimal oversightSignificant ability to analyze data with exceptional clarity and insightsProblem solver who can consistently think outside of the box to develop solutions to accounting/reporting challengesAction-oriented person who can identify process efficiencies and implement them quicklyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsApply before the link expires !!!
