Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic DevOps intern to join our team. As a DevOps intern, you will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and applications. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with various DevOps tools and technologies, and contribute to the development of our infrastructure and processes.
Requirements:
Assist in the design, implementation, & maintenance of our infrastructure on-prem/cloud.Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless deployment of applicationsAutomate deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, Docker, and KubernetesMonitor and troubleshoot system issues, identifying areas for improvementAssist in the development of CI/CD pipelinesWork with the team to ensure compliance with security and compliance standards Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to sprint planningCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project deliverables.Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in CS, IT, or related fieldStrong understanding of DevOps principles and practicesFamiliarity with Linux/Unix systems and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skillsNice to Have:
