Work you'll do:
Design, develop, & maintain data pipelines for data ingestion from various sources.Implement data manipulations to ensure data is ready for downstream applications.Utilize GCP services to build scalable and efficient data infrastructure.Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements.Monitor and optimize the performance of data pipelines.Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion and processing.Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar role.Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its core services.Strong programming skills in Python.Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.Hands-on experience with Big Query and other essential GCP resources.Experience with data ingestion and ETL processes.Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.Preferred qualifications:
Master’s Degree in a relevant field from a top-tier university.
