Job Profile: Onboarding/Induction Intern

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field

Stipend: 20k per month

Duration: 4 - 6 Months

Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana


The Role:

The Induction/Onboarding Intern will support the HR team in creating a positive and efficient onboarding experience for new employees. The intern will assist in various aspects of the induction and onboarding process, including documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and develop skills in project management, communication, and interpersonal relations.


What you’ll be doing?

  • Assist in the development and improvement of onboarding materials and processes. 
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. 
  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation. 
  • Schedule and coordinate onboarding activities, including orientations, welcome meetings, and training sessions. 
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. 
  • Assist in the creation of welcome kits for new employees. 
  • Conduct post-onboarding surveys to gather feedback & identify areas for improvement. 
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned

  • Technical skills:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Personal qualities:

  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles. 
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems. 
  • Interest in employee engagement and development
