The Role:
The Induction/Onboarding Intern will support the HR team in creating a positive and efficient onboarding experience for new employees. The intern will assist in various aspects of the induction and onboarding process, including documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and develop skills in project management, communication, and interpersonal relations.
What you’ll be doing?
Assist in the development and improvement of onboarding materials and processes. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Maintain and update employee records and documentation. Schedule and coordinate onboarding activities, including orientations, welcome meetings, and training sessions. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. Assist in the creation of welcome kits for new employees. Conduct post-onboarding surveys to gather feedback & identify areas for improvement. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assignedTechnical skills:
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPersonal qualities:
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles. Knowledge of HRIS systems. Interest in employee engagement and development
