Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with customers to understand their technical requirements and providing tailored solutions. 
  • Offering technical support and troubleshooting for Synopsys products, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  •  Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and internal teams. 
  • Working closely with the development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Documenting technical solutions, best practices, and troubleshooting guides for both internal and external use.
  • Participating in the development and execution of customer success strategies to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

  • Strong understanding of software development and debugging processes. 
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell
  •  Familiarity with EDA tools and methodologies. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
