Responsibilities:
Collaborating with customers to understand their technical requirements and providing tailored solutions. Offering technical support and troubleshooting for Synopsys products, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and internal teams. Working closely with the development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.Documenting technical solutions, best practices, and troubleshooting guides for both internal and external use.Participating in the development and execution of customer success strategies to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.The Impact You Will Have:
